At least 10 years ago I was visiting family in NYC. While out walking my belt snapped! It was an old belt passed on to me by my father, it was 2 ply, separating at the end, and tearing at my favorite belt hole. It was my favorite, sentimental belt. Within an hour of this happening I came across this store. It was fate. They had exactly what I was looking for, simple, thick, 1 inch, brown. The employee took the buckle off of my old belt, cut the new one to size 31, riveted it together and done. I never would have thought that after almost daily use for over a decade the belt would still be going strong. It doesn’t look new anymore, but it shows no sign of wearing out, just some patina. I have conditioned the leather several times with sno-seal over the years. Honestly it’s amazing that I still get to wear what I consider to some degree my father’s belt. I rarely write reviews for anything good or bad but this deserves one. Thank you for making a great product and having excellent employees.

What part of a man's outfit usually receives less attention? It's the belt. Growing up in the midwest, I never searched beyond a known department store for a belt: a last minute thought. They only lasted a few months or maybe a year??? That all changed when my growing sense of fashion acknowledged that quality, sizing, material, finishing and the buckle pay off when choosing the right belt.
